Refund policy

30-Day Issue-Only Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns for change of mind, sizing/fit, or results-based dissatisfaction are not accepted.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused, with all accessories, and in the original packaging.

By placing an order, you explicitly agree to contact us at furshield@getfurshield.com and allow us a minimum of 5 business days to resolve your issue before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this agreement. We actively contest all chargebacks where this policy has not been followed, and we reserve the right to provide your purchase records, correspondence history, and this agreement to our payment processor as evidence.


How to Start a Return (RMA required)

  1. Email furshield@getfurshield.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video showing the problem and the product packaging.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA.
  4. We aim to respond to all return requests within 3-5 business days.

What We Cover

  • Defective or damaged on arrival (DOA)
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing items from your order. To report a missing item, you must provide clear photos of the outer packaging, the inner contents as received, and all packing materials. Claims submitted without photo evidence cannot be processed. If verified, we will replace or refund the missing part.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and keep all materials until your claim is resolved.


What We Don’t Cover

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Opened or used personal-use products where hygiene is a concern
  • Wear & tear, misuse, or damage after delivery
  • Packages returned without an RMA
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a police report.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item was incorrect/defective.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at furshield@getfurshield.com.


Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus shipping once the parcel is returned to us.


Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement beyond the carrier’s reasonable delivery window, contact us at furshield@getfurshield.com. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund when the parcel is confirmed lost.


EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be returned unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary cancellations.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
  • Please email contact@getfurshield.com to obtain an RMA and instructions before sending anything back.
