Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors beyond our control (such as customs processing or carrier delays).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we can reship it (additional shipping charge may apply).
